Mutsumi Madobe is a character that is presumed to represent Windows Vista. She is Nanami Madobe's older sister and is mentioned by Nanami on her Twitter page. She has also been know to take over Nanami's Twitter from time to time.

Appearance
While no official art exists of her, a design has been made by the artist Sappappa[4] based off of the details given by Nanami's tweets, this is the most widely accepted design.

Some aspects of Mutsumi's appearance have been discussed via Nanami's Twitter.
- She is slightly taller than Nanami.
- She has larger breast than Nanami.[5]
