Red Flag-tan is represented as a proud and confident (but not arrogant) business lady with dark red eyes, black hair partly in a ponytail and wears a traditional red Chinese dress. She also carries a red flag and has her own lifestyle which she calls The Red Flag Way- reference to The Red Flag Way being Red Flag's modern management pattern.
