Technical details
Outlook Express is an email and news client which came bundled with Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 4.0 through 6.0. It was replaced by Windows Mail.
Character details
Outlook-tan is most often drawn as a blonde girl in a blue maid uniform, complete with a white apron and orange collar bow. She also has a red ring which slants around here head. In many renditions, she is shown delivering mail to the OS-tans.
