| |fnote= The listed release dates may or may not be correct due to large inconsistencies in information about this OS. *There is also a 6.0.8L (released in Jun 1991), a modified version of 6.0.8 that runs on the first System 7 Macs which is said to either be a limited service release from Apple or a hacked version of 6.0.8 that was not officially released by Apple. 6.0.8L is also represented if the former is true. | Macintosh System 6 introduced a few new features, including the predecessor to the Application Menu but its claim to fame is being regarded as the fastest and one of the most stable of the Classic Mac OSes.

| Mac System 6-tan is represented as a very tall, battle-scarred girl with very long black hair (reaches to the bottom of her skirt) with long asymmetrical bangs, is heterochromic; with a silver left eye and red right eye and wears black boots, skirt, fingerless gloves and leather jacket with white polka dot trim. The usage of polka dots is reference to that System 6 was the last Mac OS to have extensive usage of polka dots in the GUI. Her Terminator-inspired appearance and the fact that she is a terminator are rather obvious references to System 6.0.8's codename. Her nickname of Antares and frequent usage of the phrase big deal are references to two other codenames (of 6.0.4 and 6.0.5 specifically and respectively). She is also the tallest of the Mac-tans, with a height of 6'1 [185 cm]. She is also equipped with a shiny jetpack marked with a 6.0.x on the side and her main weapon is a bomb-firing bazooka.

| She is extremely fast- running or in flight and is also very stable and usually nonchalant although scatterbrained at times. She is also very tough and hates perversion, willing to go to some radical lengths to stop it but despite her toughness, she is also compassionate and cares for her family a lot which is why she volunteered to be defender of the Mac House against perversion and Mac virus-tans. She is battle-scarred from a brutal fight against her sworn enemy ANTI-tan although she did win that fight.
