This article is a work in-progress.

Usage

For articles in progress that are incomplete, but are more than a stub.

What I consider incomplete for OS-tan articles is that for more-developed characters, they're missing at least one section (Character details, backstory, etc.), or there are a significant amount of details left out as a quick draft.
