Yet another one of Juzo-kun's ten Linux distro-tans, Slackware-tan personifies Slackware Linux, a popular distro descended from Softlanding Linux System. Slackware is noted for being built on the KISS (Keep it simple, stupid)principal. Slackware Linux is often advocated for being transparent and flexible; but criticized for doing so at the cost of user friendliness.
Slackware-tan is seen as a no-nonsense, mechanic in overalls, sometimes carrying tools and a pipe. She wears her brown hair in a braid.
