Couldnt have said it better myself.  as it goes currently we havent that much need for moderators.. we have gone well since the forum as begun with only 1 mod, and untill recenlty 2 mostly absent admins.  a possible second mod is a possibility as the forum grows, but as the FAQ and topic tsubashi pointed out said, best way NOT to become one is to ask to be one.  I have to contemplate the motives for anyone that volenteers for such work.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I’ve been having trouble with the internet at my house (right now I’m at the library), so you guys might not hear from me before I leave. However, I’ll probably be able to check in and say hi in early August, as well as early September (because I remember the places we stayed had wifi). Although, since more and more places now have wifi, it’s possible you might hear from me even sooner. Or not until we return to our home; I can’t say with certainty.
During my free time this summer I’ll probably do some drawings/finished renditions of OS-tans I’ve had in my head for a while or that I‘ve sketched but haven't colored; like Kubunu and Xubuntu-tan, KateOS-tan, Leopard-tan and iPhone-tan, as well as some comic ideas I’ve been throwing around like the Pippin-tan/ORIC-tan pic, the “Heroes” parody, maybe the SCO Unix/Redhat-tan picture, and others.
In case I don’t get back, I’ll talk to you later. *waves bye*
