Yey readers! Maybe, maybe not. >>

Yeah, I didn't get to the ocean this time... meh, there'll be plenty of time for the beach when I go to Rhode Island next week. ^^

Lowell, my neighbor in NH is from Lowell...

Yes, I'm so lazy. ;;

Today I played in a Noodleball game! For the uninitiated, noodleball sorta like hocky only played in a pool and with foam noodles and an inflatable ball. There are rules against rough play, but it still gets very physical and raucous. ^^;

People kept telling me how good I was in defense, I was intercepting that ball left and right and keeping it away from the goal... >:V

Tomorrow we're taking the T to the Boston MoS! A few friends are coming too, this ought to be fun. ^^

Chocofreak13

^^ bella, your escapades sound fun. and i find it funny/adorable how you STILL marvel at mass.

it's not such a novelty here. ^^ it's just a place with a nice big city and LOTSA taxes. xD

It's like a strange parallel universe to me, the culture is so much like that of New Hampshire but it's so exotic at the same time... D:

Took the T to the MoS today... the subway was so much fun, I've never been on one before, but it was also a little harrowing at time. But totally fun.

The MoS was awesome, but one thing I'm pissed about is its lack of old computers. Turns out Whirlwind was sent (back?) to the Museum of Computer History, god, those damned Silicon Valley sons of bitches have ALL our computers. I'm just like... so irrationally hurt over this right now, this injustice cuts to the core of my very frickin being.  ><;;;

stewartsage

The time has come, the walrus said, to speak of many things.  Like going to California with a C-130 and takin' back our computers.

Bella

And California, of all places! I'm vaguely xenophobic toward most states out of New England, but Cali-fukken-fornia seems to get the brunt of my disdain (along with New York and New Jersey, I literally broke into tears when it was suggested that we take a vacation to the latter... that's another story though). If there's one bright spot, its that the Computer History Museum is at least near San Francisco, which might be the one city in the state I find tolerable (in fact, I've wanted to visit it since like... forever), so this'll give me an excuse to go to there. Hah. -v-

But, damn... it'd have been amazing to see a Whirlwind in its native environment (Cambridge Mass, half the museum's in Cambridge, half's in Boston). D,:
