Well, since I got my Zalman cooling she's actually a LOT cooler - in many ways - but this time the main hard drive crashed bad with bad sectors and so on, and I had to do some serious maintenance on her alongside the usual reinstalling. And now she's being a bit of a problem child, as well; the wireless would die after a while, without possibility of reclamation...well, I think I've solved it now since the problem was it turns itself off to save power and then goes CODE 10 CANNOT START on me when I want to use it again - hopefully my scheme of disabling the power save will work, but we'll see. Other than that she's doing pretty well, though.

ALSO: Just purchased a Zalman <3 cooling pad for LAMBDA, so now I'll be able to play Assassin's Creed 2 on it without fear for ridiculous overheating. The second hottie in my lineup, whoop-dee... -w-;

*Hugs everyone* Cape Cod was great... it's a beautiful, but melancholically-weather worn paradise where people of all backgrounds live in perfect harmony with each other and their environment! Of course there was also an E. Coli infection in the water supply, so we had to boil everything we drank. Still got a bit sick, nothing too bad though. Also, it was either sweltering hot or raining in torrents, so the weather could've been better. Still had fun though.

OMG GUYZ! There's a family of red-breasted robins living in the hedges outside my window... like two feet away. There's a mommy bird and two adorable babies! I just spent the last half-hour watching their antics! One of the chicks is falling asleep right now, its head keeps nodding and it can't keep its eyes open! So cute! ;v;

@bella: you lucky monkey, you. ^^ there are baby robins in my yard, but they're opposite the house (both nests). one of the nests was empty when i looked, however, so i think those ones have gone off to fly. :3 (my cat was attacked by a bird about 2 weeks ago....hope it's not retaliation for something she might have tried to do....)

@nej: will we be seeing a third soon? :3
oh, and to make your life easier, may i suggest this or this. i was thinking of getting one, just store all of your stuff in an external SATA drive, then plug it in and go. only thing you'll need installed on internal drives is OS w/ drivers and some programs. leave all your .mp3s and games out of the line of fire. ^^

Insult not the blackberries! They are made of black, metal, awesome and delicious win.

And I already have a SATA cabinet; I also just bought myself a Seagate 1TB drive for the better of it...it's mainly that I like having my stuff handy on-disk, so yeah - but I suppose it could be fixed somehow.

Also, I have a feeling my room will get a serious aneurysm soon...looking real bad, over here. -_-;
