@Kari: Turns out it's not the fabled Trial Edition of Windows 95 I remember hearing about, but rather an "interactive demo" apparently bundled with a magazine from back in the day, that runs you over the changes from Windows 3.x and some of the new software that was coming soon (While the Trial Edition I heard about was a fully functional late beta of 95, that was sold to the public through stores like Office Depot and Best Buy to help build interest). May still get some pics, but for now it's not terribly important.

and the only roads department jobs i could see myself going for is to direct traffic or work at the tolls.

hm, i should see if there are any tolls near Exeter (in case shit wasn't mentioned me and Steve are looking to move to a trailer in Exeter; i wasn't even aware they HAD trailers but we checked it out and it seems nice from the outside). though tollbooth operator seems like a dying art. :\

@pent: i'ma check smaller places out, but the problem is that smaller stores either tend to hire family or once they have staff, they NEVER LEAVE. :\

True that, bro. TBH, getting on at a hospital can also be tricky; a lot of people, once they get on, they don't leave until they retire (Even down to the low-tier stuff like maintenance and housekeeping).

I always found Nagato to be rather interesting, her design suggested something different from what her anime personality was like.

@pent: in terms of hospitals, i can dig that, since they likely have a nice cushy rate of pay and a good benefits package.
with a smaller store, it's either because of a sense of camaraderie (like everyone's a buddy), or a cultish type of thing (ONE OF US, ONE OF US). :\
