You know, this is completely unrelated to anything (Well, except Kari saying "bunker"), but I used to think that Lady Gaga was saying "bunker place" instead of "Poker Face" -w-;;

Chocofreak13

well, that would make more sense, considering often times she bears resemblance to a nuclear holocaust mutant, so she could be warning us. :0

Currently keeping myself awake by writing the laws of astral physics and magic for my books. Ho boy, this gets serious quickly. You know something's up when the fourth term in your glossary is "Radioactivity"...

GODS, THIS IS DRIVING ME INSANE ON SO MANY LEVELS

@nej: seems we're both working on personal mythos. *brofist*

Nah, nah. I've got most if not all of the mythos down already. Heck, EWAR turns 10 years old next year, and there's quite a lot of the basic lore that remains more or less unchanged...

No, what I'm working on is the systems and the workings of the world, and some history. The history of the First Conclave and the Laws of Magic - the system itself, I mean. Karachian's Gambit. Everwinter and Afterwinter. Having 26000 years of backstory really screws your schedule over in a lot of ways, you know >_>

I've got training tomorrow for my new job.  Not sure what that really consists of for a driver's helper, but I guess I'll find out.  Hopefully I'll find out my salary and hours.

Why don't you mention this to me?!

OSC, AS YOU ARE MY WITNESS: HE DOESN'T TELL ME IMPORTANT STUFF LIKE THIS.

Also I totally have to figure out how to get a hold of some hit(ting) men. M-maybe I can summon some via arcane mafia ritual ...

@Kari and Nej: Speaking of story universes ... would anyone be interested if I added some character-history stuff to the OS-tan Wiki? I'm swamped with school writing stuff atm, but I've wanted to add more detail about character origin in the wiki (i.e. which artists worked on their creation, character design revision, etc. etc.) for a long time.

stewartsage

I did mention it to you, I just didn't mention it on OSC.  Not all of us revel in being unemployed, dear.  I don't know why you're angry about me getting a job.

Chocofreak13

she's angry about you not telling her, since she evidently forgot.
congrats, btw.

@nej: still cool. it may be a bitch to take care of, but that amount of backstory is always a good thing. -w-
@bells: i wouldn't mind provided it's for characters whose backstories have already been determined, such as the ones made here. if you start going into "established" -tan territory (3.1-tan, 95-tan, etc etc), i think that may require consensus, discussion and research.

also, GET ON SKYPE BELLS I MEAN IT

He didn't mention it to me! I mean, he mentioned having an interview, but never said when it was or how it went, so I just assumed he didn't get the job. We generally talk on AIM though, and AIM is awful when it comes to eating messages, so there's a chance he "told" me about it but i never got the message. (Excuse me for focusing on my education instead of getting some minimum wage job at Dunkin' Donuts or the gas station.) : |

@Kari: Yeaaaah, I'd focus exclusively on OSC designs, probably the ones I witnessed the creation of. Since there were quite a few made before i got here, and idk if I can speak authoritatively about their creation....

Dr. Kraus

So other than SuperGT getting ruined my day has been alright, just finished writing my final paper proposal for class tomorrow.

Decided that if my first four papers of the semester were going to be about Cars/motorsport then I better just finish it with a research paper on motorsport, but which one?

Nascar? No, not many people really care about Nascar in this region anymore.
SuperGT? No, I'd let my personal emotions about it being ruined take over the paper so I can't do that.
DTM? No one really cares about DTM after all the changes in 1993 were made but its still a pretty cool series to watch.
Rally? Rally? Rally! Even better, Rally Group B! The most insane Rally ever raced, the greatest manufacturers, the greatest drivers, the greatest tracks, YES I found what I was looking for!

For those whom don't care much for motorsport or Rally Group B to be specific, its known as THE Golden Years of Rally AND Motorsport. It was so fucking insane that it was effectively banned for being so fucking crazy and most of our modern day cars come from those short four years.

Audi Quattro, Ford RS200, Lancia 037, Porsche 959 and many more cars that share that same badge today are the children of these cars.

Just to understand what I'm talking about a little better here is a great video tribute to the Group B.

Somehow I survived sitting in a room for three hours learning how to safely lift boxes.  This ride into danger truly has no brakes.
