So, I have gas in the Spirit now...and now it won't start. Dad thinks it just doesn't have enough gas in it, but we can't really test anything until tomorrow...or maybe next week since I intend on paying some bills :\

i'll likely pick up fabric next week (labour day) after i've saved up a good enough stock of cash to afford a good amount. after that, i'll be sewing for days~

Speaking of sewing, today I bought some lace ribbon to use as trim on knit leg warmers / faux boot-socks I want to jazz up.

On a similar note, have I mentioned I want to set the Spirit on fire? Because I really do; this is starting to piss me off. New fuel pump is in, yes, but it still won't start up again, and I'm getting really fucking sick of throwing money at this thing to no avail.

Good news everyone!  I have had not one, but two semi-hopeful bits of job news in the last week!  The state is going to review my resume for a tourism board supervisory position in Cabell County and White Mountain National Forest/Finger Lakes didn't out-and-out tell me to screw off!
