So, one of the waitresses at work was overreacting about the storm (My area just got a thunderstorm; no tornadoes or anything serious) ^^;

I was joking with the manager about how, since there wasn't a tornado like everyone thought there would be, we should have someone fly around in an airplane with a banner reading "THE TORNADO IS A LIE. Celebrate at Pizza Hut" to help bring in some business xD

On a different note, the tail light for my car is in >:3

Replacing the tail light in my car was super easy; just two wing nuts, then remove the lightbulbs :3

Now, I wait for my headlights to arrive

Went to Concord today, spent my $25 Target gift card (got three cute tops and an amazing pair of printed tights, all on clearance :0), found some super-cheap herbs and weird sodas at Ocean State Job Lot, picked up some fabric paints, spent way too long poking around Hot Topic, finally ended up getting a Marceline necklace + Finn hairclips for $4-something (it was a buy-one, get-one deal) and a couple of buttons/badges/whatever they're called for my button collection.

Also I spent like an hour and a half at Books-A-Million, I found a few titles I was interested in but they weren't on sale or anything, so i'm probably gonna look them up online and see if I can find a better price. If not, I'll pick them up next time I'm there. (I know, I'm one of the bastards ruining the book store industry, but I'm also poor/cheap ... i have to look out for my budget. ><)

We also stopped by Taco Bell for lunch, and the community college too.

My day was good. I renewed my grandma's phone for her, which she paid me for, so I was able to get myself a nice lunch over at Subway, and then I went over to Game-X-Change; discovering they had a buy 2 get 1 free sale on PS2 and original Xbox games, which I took advantage of to get the first Fullmetal Alchemist game, Legend of Kay (A Ninja Gaiden clone for the PS2 that was pretty cool from what I remember), and Project Gotham Racing 2 (Easily my all-time favorite original Xbox game, and among my favorite racing games). Then, while at work, my bro-in-law gave me free chicken wings >:3

So, I think the fuel gauge in my car is messed up. I put about 5 gallons in, and the needle didn't budge at all, so either the tank is bigger than I expected, or the sending unit is dead :\
