Well, today I'm going to probably head by that recycling place to get some stuff out of my way. Unfortunately, those damn wasps are still alive regardless of the cold weather, so I have to continue to wait to access anything in that storage building due to PTSD over getting stung >_>

I've decided to record my little computer videos with my dad's iPhone since the microphone on those iDevices is just that good. However you're gonna have to wait a little linger, he'll be getting the new phone this week.

Also, I got lucky and two nice and big rack servers are on the way to me. They were completely free, but there's about four boxes of OSes and manuals included which cost me €50. I'll surprise you and not tell which machines they are until they've arrived, but here's a little hint: "The sun sure is SPARCling today"

@paul: thanks for the concern. winds are going near constantly here, with some of the gusts looking like we're in a wind tunnel. we haven't lost power yet, but in case we do, we're prepared. and several limbs have fallen off of trees. ^^;

so guys, speaking of iphones (gl on the vids, man ^^), there's this kickass new app i found that i thought i posted about in the computer thread but i guess it didn't go through so whatever. i believe i've told people here about hanafuda (aka koi koi; plus sleepy already knows about it), and while i've always wanted to play against people rather than the computer (it gets a bit old sometimes ^^; ), i have no way to. till i found this app. it's the only hanafuda app (for apple technologies, sorry android users) that supports online play. it's free, and my sister let me install it on her iphone. i've played it, it's pretty good (they have card combos that they don't have in the flash game, and the setup is a touch different than the flash game), but now i want to try playing against someone. anyone got an ipad, iphone, or ipod touch? :3
