Oh, Coppermine is actively updated, but the whole "gallery moderator" idea is not in their plans. I don't personally know any other gallery engines, but Fedora-Tan's maybe familiar with something. Whether the idea of a more powerful user able to modify the content but not the settings exists in other models, remains to be seen. ^^;

@Pit: Hopefully he'll know something. I'd volunteer to help with upgrades, but this would end up being the likely scenario of that:

Quote from: PentiumMMX, 20 minutes into the futureOk; we can now have moderators in the gallery. Unfortunately, I broke every other part of the site in the process ^_^;

Bella

I'd volunteer to do gallery mod duties if you're able to implement such a feature, since I have consistent internet access throughout the year (ie, I don't travel like I used to) and enough free time.

Plus I'd like to give back to this site, and that seems like a job I'd be fairly well cut-out for. (Good visual memory and plenty of patience.) ^^;

Also, my Amtrak tickets came today. : o

@raffaele: hot damn, your mum was that old? o__o; i'm glad she lived a long life, at least.

Yep. and if only she had made more prevention she could still being alive as long as in Italy together with Japan life expectancy are the higher in the world.

Quoteso guys, after pent sent me the opening to the original casshern, i stumbled over the Cutey Honey opening, and after laughing about how secret porn was marketed at 10 year olds, i got on a vintage anime kick, and i think so far, Tokimeki Tonight is my favourite (that's the ending i posted there). though i found another one that looks interesting, Patalliro!, a shonen-ai written by one of the few male authors of the genre. its manga has been running since 1979 (ongoing; it has 87 volumes so far!! o__o; ). i'm having fun with this so far. -w-

Well it nor secret porn neither soft-core like in Lum-Urusei Yatsura. It is just fanservice withsome glamour and soft-ecchi.

While Patalliro is truly very gay-comedy.

I like Tokimeki Tonight and I know the anime as Ransie the little witch. The italian version of the ending once was a hit among adolescent people both male and female.

P.S. When in Swiss check out for their yummy chocolate and good emmenthaler cheese.

Well in Swiss you can also buy war weaponry of any sort, but it does not seems me the opportunity to buy some m16, ak47, and/or some grenades as travel souvenirs :D

That's the less.

If you enter any swiss gunsmith, and you have enough cash and enough room in your travel-bag you can buy for example howitzers or anti-aircraft missile battle-stations. If they don't have it in the shop, they will order it at the nearest swiss weapon factory or nearest authorized war-weapon reseller. :lol: :D

@pitkin: hopefully something can be worked out. there's GOT to be other gallery models out there, right? there's different forum architectures, after all.....

@bells: i already volunteered to be a gallery janitor/moderator too, so we'll have to be careful not to get in each other's way. xD
cool about the amtrak tickets, btw. :3

@raffaele: at least she lived a good life. 80 is old here. xD

um.....you have it backwards. cutey honey is MUCH more suggestive than urusei yatsura. i've watched a season of UY and i can tell you that the most untame thing was a .5 second chest shot. honey is having her clothes ripped off constantly, and even has to get naked to transform into her alter ego. the most recent reboot was made for adult programming, not that they had to alter much to do that. >>;;
patalliro looks amazing. the ending was a bit misleading in that it made it look like a drama, but if it's been going that long, they must be doing something right. i'm gonna check it out when i get the chance.
as for tokimeki tonight, that was weird, the video you posted. they mixed the opening and ending together, lol, so i got confused about which it was. the song was cute, but i am still in love with the japanese ending theme, "Super Love Lotion". it sounds like what Dark Shadows or Rocky Horror would be if it were an anime about a girl (but toned down in the latter's case).

my grandmother used to send us smoked edam and meats at christmas, and occasionally chocolate too..... ;^; (as for the weaponry, provided i could get it back here, i'd take it. my dad was in the swiss army and regrets not keeping his rifle. :3

@pent: swiss army knives are super-easy to come by. so long as you know it's not a chinese knockoff, they're all swiss army knives. companies sometimes give them out as souviners to business people, so if you look on ebay you can find a lot of them with business names on them. xD

I actually do have a Swiss Army knife...but it's a basic model; only having knife and bottle opener to it. I want one of the more expensive ones I've seen; that have more features than I'd know what to do with >:3

Chocofreak13

my dad has one of those. he might have gotten it from the actual swiss army, i'm not really sure. he's had it for as long as i can remember. it's about the size of a stick from a package of fun dip, and it's about as thick as a manga. :0

It's okay, I've managed to calm down. And I had a cough drop and some yogurt to make my throat feel better. >u>

Chocofreak13

well that's good. :3

maybe sleep will make me feel better. though this is more annoyance than pain, except my neck, but that was likely caused from sleeping wrong. also, i'm rambling. so sleep sounds about right at this point. :\
