indeed, if that's what your in to. i purposely skipped my prom (only one of my friends went, and with a broken leg too! he said it sucked, since it was basically a repeat of being IN DA CLUB. >__< ). me and my friends ended up gathering at one of their houses and having a video game night/random internet video night/marshmallow fight. :3 it was a good night. -w-

Chocofreak, props for doing so x) I went to the Finnish equivalent of prom myself and wish I didn't. Was pretty much a waste of time, even if I did/do like dancing. Oh, for the record: here you don't really have a "prom date" as the dance couples are determined in the PE classes before, unless you specifically ask to be with someone (it's very rare to do that).

that's kind of odd, being that whenever we did dancing in PE everyone HATED it so i doubt anyone would stand for letting the school set us up on a date xD

god, i can still remember the square dancing unit in middle school......i hated middle school.....

A QUESTION TO THE COMMUNITY:
i have to do a project where we make our own encyclopedia. it can be about something that does or does not exist, it doesn't matter. i was going to have mine be about the races of changeling, but my teacher shot that down for being "unoriginal" (even though the majority of the races i have info on are fanmade and have no pictures/little description, which means i'd be making them all myself :\ ). so as a backup, i've decided to do it on the os-tans. to avoid this being shot down again, i was going to ask for everyone's permission to take full credit IN CLASS for the -tans i feature (this would include all the base -tans, and the more famous of the -tans we've made here, such as MULTICS, SAGE, and WATSON). i was going to post this online afterward, at which point i would give you full and total credit. but in order to do this in class, i need to say i made all of them.

pleeeease? if i can't do this i'll have to do the world of Ace's High, which i currently lack enough information on to fill an encyclopedia. >___<

I chose not to go to prom... or any other school function except the homecoming dance my sophomore year.  High school is a time I increasingly want to forget most of.

I've already weighed in on the issue, so do I need to again here?
