what we need is a mod approval for people with under 5 posts. so if it's spam, we can delete it or if it's an idiot looking for tech help, we can redirect him.

I wasn't entirely sure if this(the XHTML/CSS thread) was spam at first, but seeing the poster hasn't made another post, now I'm sure it is and will delete it.
