I agree on that procedure totally :)

I maybe leave it to Aurora, since i don't exactly have the habit myself of spambots here (i don't have spam on other boards, this one is the only one :D ). I would just not like to pun a normal user, that's all.

I'd like to mention as well, that replying to threads generated by an obvious spambot does nothing but promote the spam threads 1) by bumping them higher in the respective forum, and 2) by making it appear like an actual conversation with replies.

NB: Replying to to-be deleted crap threads also won't help users to boost their post counts, so it might be more energy-efficient to simply ignore them instead of posting witty oneliners within.
