Well, i don't think it's targeted at all. Most spam comes from zombies computers which target the whole web, more or less. Only works (mostly works, rather) on old forums engines, that said. The newer forums have way better registration protection against spambots.

I think this guy is a very elabourate Spambot.  Pretty much ALL his posts link you to websites where you can buy stuff.

Speaking of spammers - is it not time for us to clean up the user registry a bit?

Currently, we have 705 (activated) users with 1 or more posts, out of 1901 total - the previous pruning treshold of 5 posts is exceeded only by 391 users. Total registered users number 2019, making non-activated users number 118.

The problem could be, now that the (ever oh-so appealing) hentai archives require only a membership, that we either will have FUCKTONS of people loading their spamguns up just to keep their memberships, OR a singular massive boatload of people returning with 0-post accs post-prune.

Well, leaving this to the hierarchs.

he actually takes the time to write something relevant, and then advertises in it. they must pay him quite a bit, or maybe just doesn't have a soul.
