if this was a what can you draw in adobe photoshop or manga studio, id be all over it, but alas, paint kills my inner child.  Im impressed with other peoples paint works but I will steer clear of the program

They look good. Simple, but you already got the basics for decent MS painting
Though, the background kills the Sephirot one. And the hand positioning too.

I made a GUI (Graphical User Interface) for a game... type... thing... It's too big to post (in my opinion) so I'll just link it using another pic that is much smaller and has nothing to do with the artwork.

Close, but not really.

Even if Azumanga shoekick gifs are in no way related to MSPaint, my personal favorite.

Today, not so good, so I rushed the shading just to get rid of it.

honestly, ive held so many varients on the AK that I dont know what that version is. It looks like it has MP5 sights, a sideways collapsable stock and some of those wierd composit mags.  othere then a custom model I have no idea. I also cant get a good look at anything past the receiver to get a better idea.

Custom? yes kinda.
It's a mix of the older and the newer models. Kinda what I personally would prefer as the "dream rifle".
The magazine was meant to be a drum mag, I seem to have failed in drawing that.
Sights are taken from the newer model and the stock from to the older, with the exception of collapse feature. Front guard has a bit more sleek form like in the newer model.
This weapon does not have the rifle grenade feature that the newer model has, it's just bloody stupid.

As a small hint, old model is from the 60's and the new from 90's.

ahh, i see it now. its hard to make out the details with the dark colors.  I glanced at it and thought they were those composit mags with the cross hatched pattern molded in for strength.  I still dont think Ive ever seen one with sights like that. Even that new spetznaz version ive seen has sights mounted mid weapon on the cover and not to the rear.  Actually thats one of my cheif problems with the weapons (but I have many issues with them) I prefer my sights in the rear with a close eye relife like the M16 type.  Moveing the sights back on an AK would make it more useable to me, but there are still to many other issues (charging handle and fire selector on the right side,  etc..)  But still, not even close to any variant ive seen, but then agian.. Iraqis dont use the newer models.
