That's exactly the same as my legacy PC!

K8 is screwy again (she's acting up even with the other HD), so I'm mostly back to using the iMac.

I got Ubuntu to work on VirtualBox though, so now I'm running Karmic Koala.

I now have a new PC ^_^

ASUS M4A78-AM microATX Socket AM2+ mainboard

3GB DDR2 RAM
ASUS EN950GT 512MB videocard
LG 22-8-16 DVD-RW

Nice! d(^_^)b

I'm pretty happy with my 8600M GS, it runs Runes of Magic just fine. Sure, I always play with the graphics washed down to prevent any lag, but when I get tired of them I know that I can put every option on "Maximum" and still get a good experience. =)

NejinOniwa

Yesh, damn. The only thing she's ever failed to run smoothly is Street Fighter IV on full resolution...

...which is 1920*1080. -w-; Might see where the problem is there.

Meh.  That's just an 8600 with slightly higher clock rates.

BTW, I was wondering if anyone here would be interested in my old server?

Specs:
CPU: Dual Pentium III 550MHz (Socket 1)
RAM: 256MB
HDD: 20-40GB SCSI (I believe)
GPU: Unsure
Drives: CD-ROM, 3.5" FDD
Case: Old-style server rack mount, thick metal, lockable access panel (prevents access to buttons, CD-ROM & FDD)

PM me if you're interested!
