Given the style of the horns, I'd say Longhorn-tan.
Then again, I'm not exactly the most knowledgeable ^^'

If I recall, I believe her name is Astaroth or something like that.  Not an OS-tan as far as I know, but one fo the hundreds of thousands of Futaba Channel characters out there.  ^^'

May appear alongside OS-tans from time to time, but so do many of the other characters.

Any idea who the woman on the bottom left of that picture is? All I know is that she's a cross between Shinku, Suigintou and Kun-Kun.

Ehehehe... At first I thought Rozen Maiden was created by Futaba because that's where I first saw them! ^^;

Yes, the blue girl is Astaroth from a card game ('Shinrabansho' I think it was called). And in the picture that Bella linked to, is that an  adult human Hinaichigo I see? 0__0

Well I'm definitely tossing the towel here,... Futaba memes are definitely out of C-chan's alley.  (I just beat them up in that MUGEN fighting game.... ^^; )

I found this one hanging over at the 98 section of the Futaba-ostan.com gallery. I don't know anything here, just that it's supposed to be some SE tan...anyone? (for me, i can't even see if it's a guy or a girl!)
