I believe what you see there is the Light-Pull Comic and the edge of the Attack of the 100ft Schoolgirl, both of which have been posted in Random Pictures.

All four of my workspaces are different, but my favourite has a Kanade-flavoured wallpaper:

Is KDE still a RAM-hogging bloated, broken pile of crap? I haven't used it since 2007, or KDE3.

I'm just curious, as I am currently quite happy with AwesomeWM.

I used to run Fluxbox for years, but... I recently switched to KDE4. Just to give it a shot.

Coming from the CLI world, it's like a completely different universe. I'm trying to train myself to not click on that urxvt icon for everything...

How meta, emulating one heavy aluminum computer on another heavy aluminum computer. *_____*

stewartsage

You and my brother and your System 7 emulators.  No Apple ][?

Red-Machine

I'm liking that desktop, Bells!  You ever think about getting that LOST Apple ][ desktop applet?
Red_Machine: Flouting the Windows Lifecycle Policy since 1989!

Bella

I HAVE that Lost Apple ][ dashboard widget! xD

I don't even remember where I found that System 7 emulator, I think it was on that weird russian website I found with all sorts of system images for emulating (also where I found that OS/2 MSVPC image and the VMWare NeXTSTEP image). There's a WICKED Apple ][ emu I found, but it costs like $50 for the full version, and that's $50 I could put toward a real Apple ][ which would be way more wicked.

Red-Machine

Indeed.  This is one of the few cases where 3D DEFINETLY is better than 2D.
