My wallpaper changes back to this every time I restart, so I can't really change my wallpaper...

I had a nasty time installing 3D Custom Girl, seeing as it was an ISO, so I had to whip out my Virtual CD ROM Drive software for once >.>

PeaZip can't switch to japanese folders, nor can it extract to them, says the directory doesn't exist. Oh, and don't mind the Test Mode stuff there in the lower right. I had to force install a driver one day, so now it's stuck in test mode.

1) cmd.exe as administrator
2) Bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING OFF
3) Reboot
4)
5) Profit!
