Depends. If you want to reuse the images, Photobucket is better because, despite what Imageshack says, images die on Imageshack even if you have an account there. If the image is mostly for one time use, ImageShack is probably better, especially since it automatically generates thumbnail images and code. ImageBot is useful either way
