But yea, hello there. HaloCapella or Paru-sama here. Ever since someone posted an image of a 360-tan or some sort. I looked up to OS-tans and got interested on them. XP Afterwards, I began to draw them and start a fan-manga of it. :3 I hope you will see them. ^^;

I'm pretty sure that says "I do not speak Japanese." And if it doesn't, then it's true.

"nihongo hanasamasen" means "i cannot speak japanese".

"engurishu hanasamasu" means "i can speak english". :3
