Hai!! I have known about the existence of OS-tans about a year and a half but never really seen much, until a few months ago, I found them really cute especially XP-tan. I hope I can have a great time here!!

I never believed that, I was thinking of something like a clock or calendar or a chibi XP-tan that just stands there on your desktop.

Guess I should use this thread to introduce myself...

Long time visitor, past user (Guess I got caught in the user prune back in Aug) and general OS-Tan fan. Hopefully this time I'll get to participate more, and not actually forget about this place. Let's see, I'm not an artist, not a writer, I am a competent Linux user though. ^_^ I tend to lurk more, mostly out of shyness, but I will post my 2cents when I can.

Oh, and even though I run Gentoo, my outright favorite OS-Tan is 2K-Tan. She's a perfect mix of cute and that sexy-librarian look. *Ahem* And reliable and rock-stable.

Uhm... hello peeps... Kiso, here. just felt like officially presenting myself into the community. So... hi!

Anyways... to add on my introduction, I guess I should say something like how and/or why I am here. And the answer to that is basically... fandom and curiosity.

[My Life's Story]
I once was looking through the web for images to help my inspiration get drawing ideas and I found these cute images of (hot-looking) girls featuring the windows logo... I didn't know who they were or how they were called, not even who made them. And even though I liked them so much I had no idea of how to find them. But then I began thinking on things and found this interesting word amongst the images' names... "OS-tan".

I then became curious and Yahoo!ed the word... which led me here. After looking at the image gallery I was all like... "Woah, they have all these cute OS girls by the payloads!!"... and then decided to join up.

Please make your second order of buisness now that you have introduced yourself to read through the rules sticky.  After that, load up on images, post away etc.. tho do please read through the thread lists and some of the larger threads before creating new ones that may already exist.
