I dedicate this post to thank the infernal fires I was born of that nobody has made a Bleach musical yet.
You don't seem to be very enthusiastic about this, so I'll just discard it.

The wound from a hammer is a B&, making the first part of the word Ban.

The second part would be quite tricky, maybe, but if I give you Kubo Tite, bleach author, and Ban, the first half of the word, as well as the fact that this made this particular series dull and boring (which is what the second half of the riddle is on about) one could quite simply (with some acceptable wikipedia skills) realize that the sought second half was Kai, which means strangeness (hells, there's a wikipedia entry for it, even!) in moonspeak - put them together and you have BANKAI, which was the answer none of you could get.

*pat pat* it's ok, although Bleach is kind of the wrong anime to make a musical out of (it's bad enough they did sailor moon).
