But the PTSD (i always thought it was PTSS), that can be linked to iRaq, no?

Plus, why should either of those two be a reason not to own a firearm?
Psychoses, or things like that, those are reasons to ban someone from having dangerous stuff...

we have a strict policy cencerning firearms in holand, the only way for a civvy to get one is through a club after 4 years and with 5 pounds of paperwork. plus after you get one you're obligated to inform the police of everything you do with it...

No need for changes here...
