MorphOS 2.2 is now available for free evaluation download at morphOS developers site.

It runs on Pegasos I and II machines and Efika mini-motherboards.

Demo version is time-limited (full for 30 minutes then it slows the machine so therefore you can't literally use it, and you must pay+register to run full version).

The vaste part of bugs that afflicted 2.0 and 2.1 are resolved and even old Amiga Programs Motorola 68000 made, run faster and steady.  ;010

New official Encryption feature now allows to encrypt Hard Disks partitions directly from the OS itself.

New RawDisk Handler could handle directly alien hard disk partions such as RDB, MBR and MAC partition layouts.

Better Unicode support...

Ambient desktop now can recognize more filetypes as MIME.

Dozens of improvements underneath...

The 2.3 version it is promised will be available in March and it will be available for the first time officially also on old MacMini Macintosh machines equipped with PPC processors (el cheapo used hardware).
