For me, XP-tan is definitely my favorite (and strangely I no longer complain about how much I dislike XP as an OS anymore), but 2k and Vista are second and third.

Actually, Opera for Wii is a separate download I believe and the DS can't even browse the Web. They're actually built on Opera? 0_o
Besides, there is only one good browser. Firefox.

Besides, Opera is PAYWARE, damnit. No reason to pay for things you can get for free - and can you get better, even less reason for it.
Opera-tan exists already, yes. Check the Galleries, I believe she might even have her own section - otherwise, look at Others or whatever it's called.
