I know English and some Latin, I'd like to become fluent in Latin and would like to learn Hellenic (Ancient) Greek. -w-

Ich spreche Englisch, Deutch, enough Japanese to count, and one or two words in French.

Learning Russian would be pretty cool though.

holy crap it's an alex s. .__.

@bella: Hellenistic is the later part of the ancient Grecian period, IE right before the romans took over :3

I speak Finnish, Swedish, English and French more or less fluently. I've also studied German (for eight years in grade school, middle school and high school, can read but lack of practice makes producing it impossible) and Japanese (for three years at university, know grammar but have forgot most apart from the basics). I've learnt the Russian cyrillic alphabet back in grade school, but that's as far as it goes.

I'm kind of sad I didn't take Latin when I had the chance in high school, and if I was to take up a new language now it'd be either Spanish, Russian or Italian I think. Ancient Greek'd be very cool as well, but truth be told I'm more into practice than coolness. x) On the other hand, moving from Finland to France (and having absolutely zero interest in visiting Russia) would mean Russian losing all its practical value... :/

As sidenote, countries I'd like to visit that I haven't already: US, UK (Scotland mainly), Portugal, Italy, Germany (my parents took me there many times when I was not yet in school, but but I've never been in Germany on my own). ^^

i'd like to learn russian, if only for the fact that it's one of two languages that no matter what you say, it sounds angry. -w-

plus, it's just a cool language. :3

i've been to the US, Canada, The Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, and possibly Germany. :3

I speak Swedish and English fluently. Swedish also gives the ability to speak with and understand Norwegian and Danish, so meh, multiclassing. -w-;
Japanese I've learned on my own so far, looking to take some courses later; French I've read through 5 years of elementary/highschool, but I don't use it, so it's pretty damn rusty.

Krizonar

I got my iMac G4 today.

It's broken.

stewartsage

What?  Is it new or used?

Krizonar

Used,

I didn't expect the person to send me a broken computer, especially when he said it works fine and had pictures of it turned on.

Bella

I've been to ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, MS, TN, KY, WV (?), OH, IN, IL, MI, MO, OK, KS, AR, TX, NM, AZ, and Sonora, Mexico.

That sucks hard, Kriz. And is a reason I've always been wary of buying computers on ebay. : /

Krizonar

My iBook's from ebay, don't let her hear you say that :(
