@Kari: Fair enough, but at least you don't have my grandma's car; where the on-board computer is basically an iPhone (Featuring a touch screen radio, GPS, climate control air conditioning, voice commands, diagnostic information for when you need an oil change or something goes wrong, and of course, controlling the fuel system), in sharp contrast to the van having what amounts to a $200+ calculator (Just controls the fuel system)

yeahhhhhh, i would imagine today's computers cost more than the ones back then did. however, i'm also willing to bet that the one for my car might be a tad pricey as well, since they're basically running out of cars to salvage parts from at this point. :\

I had my first actual CS class today (the other days were basically syllabus/overview and lab time) and was fairly pleased that I managed to follow along with most of the lecture/that I'd at least heard of everything the professor talked about before. Then afterward I played card games with some of the faculty and students! Yay social interactions!

Although it came to my attention (during a game that involves a component of deception/deceit) that my default expression may or may not look vaguely sinister, which instantly made me think of this.

girl last night, was taking notes (in picture form) on hair tutorials. i've been wearing the kitty sweater for a few days to break it in (extremely comfy, minor itchy every now and again) and am feeling super-girly (korean style) lately. might paint my nails today and i'm going to look into buying a pumpkin gothic lolita skirt to wear around Halloween. :0

also need to redo my hair....

Today at work was very busy. Like, we're out of nearly everything, not helped by our boss not ordering much this week >>;

At least, after tomorrow morning, I'm off until Tuesday night; by then, they'll be restocked. Also, since my sister got to go to Tyler today, I had her pick up the new Disturbed album for me -w-

@Leaf: i do. Steve bought a Wacom Bamboo a long time ago but never used it, so he gave it to me. before that, i had a Genius and another one, can't remember the brand. both were....okay, but the Wacom blows them out of the water (though it is a smidge small at points). :0
