-The animation and style was actually okay. it was done by Koreans, and is obviously more American than Asian, but there were a few moments when it actually looked decent. like, "this could have been a show on Kids WB in 2005" decent.
-It's pretty Deviantart....like, "oooh look at her she gets to be the big hero everyone wants her or wants to be her look at her kick ass and be pretty and she's impervious to bullets holy crap" >>;;
-The song has little to nothing to do with the video, but then, that's really common among MVs, both here, in Europe, and in Asia.
-Am I detecting notes of Stripperella? I think I'm getting some FF7 vibes too

Overall, it's the wrong person doing something kinda cool. though I shudder to think about the possibility of a follow-up.
