ebay suggests fallout after you bought .hack? PLEASE BITCHES, FALLOUT CANNOT COMPARE TO THE OPUS THAT IS DOT HACK.

@kriz: eh, i agree. better to have a reason for going outside of the landscape. unless you were going to yellowstone or something, i could see that as a vacation destination.

as for dense populations, it depends on the context. some cities are beautiful, even some projects can be centres of community and activity. most of the time, though, they're just cramped and in disrepair. >>;;

I shouldn't comment 'cause I don't game, but Fallout is one of a handful of games that makes me wish I actually did play. (Which is kind of saying something, because usually I hear people talk about games and my eyes glaze over in a mix of confusion and boredom before I go back to drawing or whatever it is I do to keep myself occupied.)

In regards to traveling .... I'm mostly interested in checking out new cultures, even in the US ... its kind of tough finding culture in a place with few people, thus my attraction to cities n' stuff.

@Kari: That copy of .hack was bought on Amazon, for the record ^_^;
Still funny how it suggests a game from a series Pit likes, because I bought a power supply for a computer she likes LOL

@Bella: The Fallout games are pretty good :3

Chocofreak13

@pent: fair enough. >>;;

@bella: my devotion to the .hack games is like a feverish devotion to a cult. the animation is beautiful, the soundtrack near-breathtaking, the story is unique, the voices are perfect, and the synchronization with the .hack//SIGN series is done extremely well. it's a favourite of mine for a reason. >>;

i don't feel like celebrating today, guys. at least i get to buy some books i'm missing, but still, it doesn't feel like a very festive day. :\

I actually do have a Swiss Army knife...but it's a basic model; only having knife and bottle opener to it. I want one of the more expensive ones I've seen; that have more features than I'd know what to do with >:3

knife and bottle opener are enough for him:

So, guys, there's a new reason to be afraid of me:

I has can opener that looks like what Secchan has! >:3

Sounds like I might be getting an Android smartphone soon. Right now we're paying ~$50usd a month for voice service only, and for about $10 more a month I could get a 2gb/month data plan.

On one hand, I'd like to get a new phone, but on the other, I feel like it's a betrayal of my old one. I've had it for over six years and it's never had any major problems. ;^; But at this point I'm paying way too much for a phone that does little beyond sending and receiving calls/texts...

Nichi

Do it, man o_o

Part of me wishes I had an iPhone, because I love my iPod Touch

Chocofreak13

can you keep your old one as a spare? my sister has hinted that i'm getting her iphone when the new model comes out, and while she's going to keep it on the plan for me, i intend to keep my old phone as the main phone. :\

Meanwhile I sit here with my 4S as it slows down due to shitty battery life and just plain old Apple manufacturing. Choco I'd gladly send this to you out of contract if I wouldn't get eviscerated by parents.
What's in your hand, back at me. I have it, it's an oyster with two figures of your favorite Touhou characters. Look again, the figures are now vials of the Hourai Elixir. Anything is possible when your waifu smells like Old World and not a man. I'm a frog.

Nichi

@Cockle: That sucks :[

Also, it's nice to see some activity here again; after being the only person to post at all in 24 hours ^_^;

I am posting right now from my new samsung SII

It was included at zero extra fee in my voice/data contract. It included also 2GB per month. If only I had made the contract one week after I purchased this one then I could had choosen Galaxy SIII with 0 euro extra fee... :(

That sounds awesome ^_^

So, although a Cyrix 486 slipped through my hands this morning (The lady running the sale somehow thought this ancient, generic IBM clone was equal in value to Asagi, and refused to go lower on the price >_<; ), I did at least obtain 16MB of RAM that's compatible with Penti-chan and the Yeti :3

Oh yeah, and my Amiga power supply will be in on Monday

Chocofreak13

i reccomend going back and haggling on it. never hurts to haggle. >>;;

@raffaele: isn't all technology like that? when i got my ipod (nano 4th gen), the new one came out a couple months later. same goes when my sister got her iphone. >>;

@cockle: but then what would you do for a phone? :[
