I've been thinking lately, and realized that all I need to make a cosplay of N from Pokemon B/W (nice name btw -w-) is green haircolor/spray, a black/white baseball cap, and some quirky armbands/necklace/not-quite-a-Rubik's-cube-bangle. That's not very much, and it'd also be totally wearable in public (well, the green hair may draw some attention to it all, but so far so good).

Oh, and if you do loll snow, POAST TOAST. I wantz.
