Tonight we were invited to something vaguely resembling dinner by our disgruntled ex-IBMer friend: first we snacked on raw green beans that he picked in from his garden, then it was all-you-can-eat veggie pasta salad and cinnamon raisin muffins. And orange juice. And then he sent us home with handfuls of green beans. Come to think of it, he made us go home with a bag full of those things last time we visited....

Now for some reason all I can think of is "One is the Loneliest Number", despite that having nothing to do with football or HHGTTG.

Mmmm. I had green beans at lunch, for my aunt's birthday. They were delicious but cooked rather then raw (though still garden fresh).

Oh right, the other day I discovered my DMV number is 1337.
