So, I'm a bit let down that my sister is tied up with work tomorrow; meaning she won't be able to join me with roaming around downtown during the Dogwood Trails, like we typically have done for the past few years. Given that this will be (ideally) the last year I can do this before I move, it's a bit sad :\
(I plan to, at the very least, check out the newspaper's community garage sale; which is always good. IDK if I'll look around downtown or not; it's rare for me to see anything of interest, and the main reason I did was just because of going with my sister for the lulz. Still annoyed I missed out on the wine slushies a few years back, due to the festival occurring just 2 weeks before I turned 21)

donated a bunch of pocky and whatnot to one of the libraries i volunteer at. they're having a mini-con coming up, and i was thinking those could be prizes, in addition to some regular anime stuff. :3

I found out my brother's dog died today, she was in perfectly good health the last time I saw her a few weeks ago, but last week they found out she had inoperable pancreatic and liver cancer and had her put to sleep.

was driving along doing my regular thing and cracked open a barq's and it decided HEY LOL MAKE IT RAIN and it coated my lap in soda. skirt got soaked, purse got a touch wet, car carpet got a sprinkling and GT went for a dip. >>;;;

he's having some minor audio issues relating to the headphone jack but otherwise seems to be okay. gonna have to wait and see, he's the one piece of tech (sans GothPhone) that CANNOT fail coming into AB. he's the only net-ready tech i was bringing with me, i use him for photos, i use the guidebook app for the schedule, and the music keeps me sane. losing him is tantamount to cutting off a hand at this point. >>;
