Why am I reading the Penn Central Post and watching Obscurus Lupa's Charmed reviews.  She sums up pretty well why I watched that show as a kid.

Jeez. Can he get law enforcement involved?! Thieves shouldn't get away with stealing other peoples' stuff, and even if you can't get it back you can file a police report and try to get him tied up with legal troubles. ><
