@kriz: while that was the case with one of the anime i watched today (i need to redownload it, the subtitles cut out in the middle of it), tk was glitching on several different shows. he's done this before, but not as severely. either way, this computer isn't mine, and i feel it's time for a new one anyway. :\

i'm trying to hold it together. it's like an old dam that springs a leak once in awhile; sometimes there'll be a few sniffles, sometimes it'll be like 5 minutes ago where i'm breaking down into sobs and whimpering "grammy" over and over. sometimes (like now) i'll just tear up. it's going to be a long, slow, painful process, but there's nothing i can do about it now.

That's really all you can do... I wish I could offer some advice or comfort, but I really don't have any experience with a loss like this. Like i said before, try to find support with your loved ones, being alone and grieving always seems worse.

I lost my grandmother a few years ago, but she'd had severe Alzheimer's for several years so the general feeling among my family was relief, rather than grief or sorrow.

i mainly said that because now that stew doesn't have work, he could possibly be the third player. ^^
now then, for the important announcement.
SO GUYS, GHOST HAD KITTENS LAST NIGHT.
one life lost, another gained. it really made yesterday better.
ghost had 6 kittens, unfortunately one was stillborn (we made all attempts to save it, but it was too late. it probably came out dead, poor thing). we named him pud'n and put him in a box in the basement. ;^;
out of the living ones, though, there are 2 girls and 3 boys, all doing well. even the runt, one of the girls, is doing fine, though we're going to get some formula and bottles just in case. both girls are white with a black spot on their heads, and of the boys, one is half white, half grey tabby (pud'n was too), one is a fully grey tabby, and one is a cow cat (not sure how).

yer damn right they are! i don't want to name them, lest we get too attached, but hot damn are they adorable. i seriously want to keep them all. >w<
