Just got back from Ikea and it was good, got a TV stand for my room so my room now smells like Ikea!

I always like going to Ikea, feels like the good ol' times in England when I would go to Ikea-type stores with my mom and Nany (Grandmother)! Also the fact that I always used to go to Ikea as a kid with my mom and aunt all the time made it more enjoyable.

This is what I got for my room, its really nice~

IKEA <3 I've got my desk/bookshelf combination and sofa bed from there. ^.^ Unfortunately I'll need to sell them off before moving to France, as it's not really worth a cross-continent move just for those two nice pieces of furniture. v.v

I got my bed from IKEA, tho, it took them 3 weeks to deliver it, as apparently here in UK they bring it on a wagon pulled by dead mules.

But its a really nice big bed. Too comfy actually, as every morning its the same "DO NOT WANT", when supposed to get up and go to work.

On a random note, guess who's got a new shiny toy?

Pitkin

Yes, that's the default delivery service in the IKEA UK. xD

I had to use the delivery service here as well, but it was very fast, some four days both times. The price for the delivery was quite steep relatively though, as the sum of all the products I bought wasn't very high in the first place.

As for the "DO NOT WANT" feeling in the mornings, I think any bed can offer you that unless you're sleeping in a haystack full of red ants. Especially during the winter when the mornings are so dark, it's impossible to get out of bed and smile right after. -.-

Cinnamon Rolls...forgot to mention these, the best food the swedes could give me.

Thank you Antares Tan, you just helped me score big.

One of the things Katarina thought was most fun was playing Tetris on my ol' SE.

Otherwise, today was freaking awesome \m/
Though my hair is messed up, she was stroking it.

@kraus: i'm too confused to even think of trying to decipher your background anymore. @_@
@pitkin: ship them? :\
@daab: oo!! new toy!!

my futon is from ikea, though i didn't buy it (hand-me-down). it is by and large the COMFIEST bed i've ever slept on. plus, i keep it in INFINITE-COUCH-MODE~~~ so i can use the back for storage of plushies and whatnot. ^^
i like sleeping on a couch. it's cool. 8) only drawback is that i don't have sheets for it. :\

am i the only one who sometimes thinks, "hmm, i wonder how many people are doing the exact same thing right now..."

@pitkin: ship them? :\

No, that's the whole problem: shipping them from Finland to France would cost more than buying them all over again in France. ^.^;

Back in time I remember having thought "I wonder if anyone else is doing the same thing as I right now?" Turned out that yes, a lot were: I hadn't invented anything revolutionary or new. xP

edit: I've got lots of housework done today! Polished two pairs of my boots, cleaned a few more pairs of shoes, tidied in the kitchen, did the dishes and washed some towels, cleaned most of my room (at least vacuuming still left, though) and trashed most of useless papers around. ^.^ Dunno what inspired me to get so much done, except for the boots part, which might be because of the "military" dresses Remilia and I ordered together just yesterday~

YOU COULD HAVE PREVENTED THIS

@nejin: just like how cambridge can either be considered it's own town, a suburb of boston, or a part of boston (i opt for the last one).
@pitkin: good for you! i love those random cleaning fits, cause i usually get so much done. ^^ (last time, i moved the filing cabinet in and put all my random papers in it. ^^) only problem for me is, they're few and far between. :\

today has sucked; the only high points so far have been playing a bit of FF7 this afternoon and crashing my old high school's anime club. so far today, i've gone through 2 doctor's appointments and a surprise dentist visit (traumatic >__< ), found out i'm going to need to ship my tablet out to be fixed, and after going to the club i ripped my nail halfway up. >__< after that, we went to my grandparent's house (they're in florida) and their basement is completely flooded (ours is partially flooded, not a big deal for us). my parents are over there now fixing it (putting my dad in a mood).
