edit: Nifty feature on SMF-based forum: When deleting an unwanted account, there's an option to delete all its posts and topics as well. ^^

His signature says  "Buy Tera Gold" "Runescape Gold" "Buy RS Gold". That's spamming, plain and simple, even if the spammers have become clever enough to actually post OT things.
