There can only be 10 OS-tans active. And 3.1-sama includes DOS-kitty, as they're one entity as it were.

I've never seen doskitty written as MS-DOS-tan, and never (before Q4(V)'s rewrite) seen it as MS-DOS-kitty either - and despite, the first post clearly says MS-DOS-TAN, so, nothing strange there. Also, the later posts verify that it's the -tan that is in play, not the kitty.
