Never were able to identify the naked -tan, -kun, whatever, but the fact that she/he/it has a 64 on the beret does not bode well for the safety of a potential XP 64-bit Edition-tan.  ^^;

The Ram part.... I believe I know who you're talking about, but I'm not 100% convinced that's a personfication of RAM.  Would have been a nice touch, but is likely some sort of meme.  ^^

Has to be an alternate XP. Every other one in the picture is a Windows-kun of some sort, and he is sandwiched in between two XP-kuns, so That's my guess

The 64 confuses me, but the first time I saw it I though it was toshiaki. I have no idea, really.

The red one would indeed be an alternate XP-kun design; I recall seeing him and the two others representing different color themes (which makes the main colors of their costumes) in some comics a time ago.

The girls with the +'s on their hats as well as the girl to the left with the pigtails are characters created by +Nijiura+ and the two women beside CE-tan and DOSkitty are Saeko (an office assistant in the Japanese version of MS Word) and Outlook-tan
