...and the fact that I'm insanely random. Sometimes I ramble on about nothing, like the Boxer rebellion. Now, the Boxer Rebellion solidified the place of the United States and Japan as great powers in the early 20th Century. It was the turning point in which Japan gained hegemony in East Asia over China, which turned into a weak republic which was later overturned by the communists and fled to Taiwan. Taiwan is a country, not currently recognized by big trading partners with China...
