Did you know that a lot of Photoplay machines were 486DX4's?

Eeeehm...
It's an arcade machine wich uses a touchscreen and offers different simple games (cardgames and such)

Did you know that a Keyboard Mania machine has only two octaves?! I wanted it to be an entire keyboard with at least five!! I was very disapointed.

Did you know that 8-bit processors are still playing a very important role in a certain supercomputer?? and that those specific 8-bitters run at 125MHz?? and that there are a thousand and twenty-four of them, governed by a power-pc processing core?

I suggest you do your maths (or theoretic music) again, and come back. If you get the same result, now THEN I'm impressed. Eight octaves are like beyond BOTH tone scales. Er.

Yup.
But it's pretty damn impossible, too.
I mean, on my 5th octave I reach tones that even some of the GIRLS in the choir can't reach. 8 octaves, starting on female range...no, just no.

Well, some of them, but that's mainly a few altos i think. I noticed this when I and my partner were practicing for our duet (it was around january this year) and she was having problems taking the tones right when they came up high - I went falsetto madness and showed her HOWTO: Figaro.
