Not so much here...still shitloads around. Still, it seems like it will be rising celsiuses soon, so we'll see about that flooding... -w-;

I'm in Illinois...very close to Wisconsin...but that's all I can say~

Chocofreak13

chicago? (LULZ 95-TAN)

well, it's actually kinda cool. the grass hasn't really grown back yet, so it looks like an earth or wood element field from the .hack quartet. xD

i love it. it's a wasteland noon field brought to life. ^^

The town where my college is located, seems to glow at night for some reason.  There really isn't any heavy industry that operates at night, and the town itself isn't that big, but nonetheless it does.

Chocofreak13

the sky at night does that here. it's cause of the mall.

so the yard flooded today cause of all the rain and wind....

Are there nearby toxic waste dumps?

Once, on the Cape, we had a bright night. Something to do with the low cloud cover and nearby town, could've read a newspaper outside at 2am by the light of the sky. I remember another one, happened in Destin, Florida...

Everything's soggy and wet and disgusting here. FANKS GLOWBALL WARMING.

Chocofreak13

it was misty, cold and windy this morning. and i walk up the street to get to my bus stop.

and my bus was late. >___<;

we had the aurora borealis show up once here, it was almost as bright as daylight, only hot pink. :\

lol, now i'm picturing aurora-sama's face in the sky....xD

Correction: The Aurora Borealis does not show up below the polar circle. Aside from Alaska, the US is far out.

Which makes me wonder, what the hell makes a hot pink glowlight paint across the sky...? Hope that guy's not fooling around again -_-;

Wrong. I saw the Aurora Borelis in NH, November 2004. It was maybe 2 am, my dad put the dog outside when he saw the lights in the sky and woke up the entire family. We drove to the top of a nearby hill and sat in a clearing and watched it for a hour or so-- until it disappeared.

I'd describe it as pulsating waves of light, sheets that moved in a rough north to south pattern-- not quite the organized banners of light that you see in most pictures, but very bright and clear all the same. Mostly green and blue, but there was a bit of yellow and orange as well.

NejinOniwa

Ah. My bad. Upon research it's just the southern one that only ever occurs on Antarctica...ah, ah. Weird phenomenons. -.-

Well, it's fine as long as there's no fooling around going on, I suppose...

Southeastern New Hampshire, USA. Although I visit Boston enough that I could probably say that I live there.
