Practically all russian cops like to attach themselfs to almost all drivers which they have remembered for as you said  "just to nag them"

Same here... Cops in holland are seen as traitors to the country, especially the traffic police....
That is one of the (very small) reasons i am joining the airforce, soldiers and airmen are generally appreciated.... And when the general public starts complaining, there usually will be ome sort of calamity where the army is needed and then the people are all happy and grateful again...

In my country some of army specializations are open only after university graduating. The airforce units are among them

Well, here it also depends on your education, if you have no diploma's you can only apply for soldier/corporal, with high school diplomas you can go for Non commisioned officer, and if you've gone to higher class colleges, you can go for an officers function...
However even though i am applying for a job as a sergeant air traffic controller, i will get a standard 4 month training (boot camp) and after that 1,5 year of ATC education... Plus when i'm finished with all that and i've been appointed a posistion somewhere, i can follow another free education of choice, thus creating chances of getting higher up and becoming an officer...

Scientific based high school and college... basically education in holland is seperated into three basic categorys;
MBO wich is the dutch equivalent of Среднее проÑ,,ессиональное образование
HBO wich is (not translated to Russian or English on Wikipedia yet ^_^) higher than MBO, but still lower than academic college at a university...
And then there are (you've guessed it ^_^) Universities...

As I understand MBO & HBO have both theoretical and practical parts of education, haven't them? (during the education practical part appears only at the last courses at the Universities in Russia)

True there is a half-year long period where you work at a company relevant to your study to experience the practical side of the thing you're studying for, And at the end you will have to write a paper about it...

It is just that thing that russian students are doing then they are at the last courses
Ð'ut at the school (high level) and first years at university there aren't any practice only theory(

Russian school I think is like the school in European countries.
1-4 classes is a young school (starting to go to the school after 7 years old)
5-9 classes is a middle school  (the basic theoretical knowledge become more complicated. And also a lot of subjects appears (in some schools there are about 20-25 of them))
9-11 (some times 12) classes is a high school (also studding the same number of subjects and start to prepare for the university exams)

The great minus of russian school is a lot of homework for every subject. For example, when I was there, I spent nearly all day to do it wholly. More over russian study at school (and university too) 6 days a week.

In university students have to study theory professional theory fist (for about 3-4 years) and then they are allowed to start practice

Well, we got swamped in homework too, that is untill i went to college, that year high schools started a homework-free program... (story of my school career, all the schools i went to got neat stuff when i left... :/)
