Well, I rid of rainmeter, disabled desktop icons, and changed the theme to Claudia (and got the soundpack set up properly too!)
Also redesigned start screen (I blacked out any overly personal information)

I'm running Linux Mint on Asagi, and much to the confusion of everyone, Windows 7 on 2k-tan (There was a time after I built her that everyone here assumed I somehow got Windows 2000 to run on modern hardware ^^; )

It looks like characters from Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica to me, and given how she loves that series, I'm going to lean toward that as a possible answer
