Also watched Nobunagun and ImoCho. Both of which were...not bad.

Kind of weird to see two shows with almost the exact same premise on the same season, though. Nobunagun and Nobunaga the Fool are like...not carbon copies, but it's as if someone handed a one-page outline of a show to two different writers. Lots of random historical figures, lots of weird tech, COOLSTORYBRO general.

Though Nobunagun is definitely more attached to reality than The Fool. Nobunagun applies the Random Historical Figures Everywhere on the Alien Invasion Defence Force type plot, while The Fool is...Star Driver on heroin.

So the basic premise is:
